This page explains how to request deletion of:
- Data imported from connected advertising and analytics platforms
- Integration credentials and authorization information
- Your entire Intrily account and its associated data
Platform-specific instructions
Select a platform to view the applicable deletion information:
How to submit a deletion request

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Intrily account
- Your Intrily workspace or business name
- The connected platform, such as Meta or TikTok
- The connected advertising or business account ID, if available
- Whether you want to delete:
- Data from one specific integration
- Data from all connected integrations
- Your entire Intrily account

For example:
Please delete all Meta Ads data and authorization information associated with my Intrily workspace.
For your security, do not send us your password, access token, payment information, API secret, or other sensitive credentials.
Identity and authorization verification
Before processing a deletion request, Intrily may need to verify:
- Your identity
- Your control of the email address associated with the account
- Your permission to manage the relevant Intrily workspace
- Your permission to request deletion for the connected advertising or business account
We may contact you by email if additional verification or information is required.
Meta Data Deletion
This section applies to information Intrily receives through its read-only Meta Ads integration using the Meta Marketing API and the ads_read permission.
Intrily uses this permission only to retrieve and display advertising performance data for Meta Ad Accounts that the user owns or is authorized to access. Intrily does not use this permission to create, edit, publish, pause, or delete Meta advertisements.

Meta data Intrily may store
Depending on the advertising accounts connected and the data available through Meta, Intrily may process and store:
- Meta user, business, and advertising-account identifiers
- Connected Meta Ad Account IDs, names, currencies, and time zones
- OAuth access tokens and authorization information
- Campaign, ad set, and advertisement identifiers and names
- Campaign objectives, statuses, and reporting metadata
- Advertising spend and delivery data
- Impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, and engagement metrics
- CPC, CPM, CTR, and other performance metrics
- Meta-reported actions, conversions, purchases, and conversion values
- Meta-reported return on ad spend and related reporting metrics
- Date-based and supported reporting breakdowns
- Integration settings and synchronization history
- Error logs and API activity needed to maintain the integration
- Intrily reports and calculated metrics derived from Meta advertising data
Intrily does not necessarily collect every data category listed above for every user. The information processed depends on the connected Meta Ad Account, the permissions granted, Meta API availability, and the Intrily features used.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Meta-related data, email: support@intrily.com
Use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Intrily account
- Your Intrily workspace or business name
- Your Meta Ad Account ID, if available
- Whether you want to delete:
- Data from a specific Meta Ad Account
- All Meta-related data in your workspace
- Your entire Intrily account
- A clear statement confirming your deletion request
Example:
Please delete all Meta Ads data, stored authorization information, and related analytics associated with my Intrily workspace.
For your security, do not send your Meta password, Intrily password, access token, payment information, or any other sensitive credentials.
Intrily may contact you to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant workspace or connected Meta Ad Account.
What Intrily will delete
After a verified request is approved, Intrily will fully delete the applicable Meta-related data from active systems. There is no soft-delete lock, hold, or recoverable archive of that deleted Meta integration data for ordinary product use. Intrily will:
- Disconnect the affected Meta integration
- Permanently remove stored Meta access tokens and authorization information
- Stop future synchronization from the affected Meta Ad Account
- Permanently delete imported Meta campaign, ad set, ad, and advertising-performance data
- Permanently delete associated integration settings and synchronization records
- Permanently delete derived Intrily analytics and reports that depend exclusively on the deleted Meta data
- Remove the affected Meta Ad Account connection from the Intrily workspace
Verified Meta deletion requests are completed within 10 business days after we confirm your identity and authorization. The clock starts when verification is complete, not when the email is first received if we still need confirming details from you.
Disconnecting Meta without deleting stored data
You may disconnect Intrily from Meta through Intrily or revoke Intrily's access through your Meta or Facebook account settings.
Disconnecting or revoking access will prevent Intrily from retrieving new data through that authorization. However, it may not automatically delete Meta data previously imported into Intrily.
To delete previously stored data, submit a deletion request to support@intrily.com.
Data stored by Meta
Deleting Meta-related information from Intrily does not delete campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, reports, account information, or other data stored directly within Meta.
To manage or delete information stored by Meta, you must use the relevant Meta account, Business Portfolio, or Ad Account settings.
Limited records that may remain after deletion
Intrily does not keep deleted Meta advertising datasets for product analytics, reconnect convenience, or marketing use. After a completed deletion, only narrowly limited records may remain when required for:
- Legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
- Fraud prevention and platform security
- Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
- Billing or payment transaction records already created
- A minimal log that a deletion request was received and completed
Secure backups may briefly contain residual copies until the next scheduled backup purge cycle. Those copies are not restored into production for ordinary use. If a disaster-recovery restore occurs before purge, applicable deletion requests are reapplied.
What happens after deletion
After your Meta-related data is deleted:
- The affected Meta integration will no longer synchronize
- Meta Ads data may disappear from Intrily dashboards
- Reports that depend on Meta data may become incomplete or unavailable
- Calculated metrics such as Meta ROAS, blended ROAS, or CAC may change
- Deleted information is not recoverable from Intrily
- Reconnecting Meta will require a new authorization
Deleting Meta integration data does not automatically delete your entire Intrily account unless you specifically request complete account deletion.
TikTok data deletion
This section applies to data received through integrations with TikTok and TikTok for Business, including supported TikTok advertising products.
Request URL
You may use this section directly:

TikTok data that may be deleted
Depending on the TikTok integration and permissions authorized, the associated data may include:
- TikTok user, business, and advertiser identifiers
- TikTok advertising account identifiers
- Access tokens and authorization credentials
- Campaign, ad group, and advertisement information
- Advertising spend and cost information
- Impression, reach, click, and engagement metrics
- Conversion and performance-reporting data
- Attribution information
- Account currency and timezone information
- Imported historical reporting data
- Integration configuration and synchronization records
- Intrily reports and analytics calculated from imported TikTok data
Not every category is collected for every account. The information received depends on the permissions granted and the Intrily features used.
What happens after TikTok data deletion
After a verified TikTok data-deletion request is completed, Intrily will, where applicable:
- Disconnect the selected TikTok integration
- Remove stored TikTok authorization credentials
- Stop future synchronization from the affected TikTok account
- Delete or permanently anonymize imported TikTok advertising data
- Delete associated integration and synchronization records
- Delete Intrily reports or calculated analytics that depend exclusively on the deleted TikTok data
Deleting TikTok-related data from Intrily does not delete campaigns, ads, reports, or other information stored within TikTok itself.
Revoking Intrily's TikTok access
You may revoke Intrily's authorization through your TikTok account or TikTok for Business settings.
Revoking authorization stops future access through that authorization. It may not automatically delete data that was previously imported and stored by Intrily.
To request deletion of previously stored data, contact support@intrily.com.
Other integration data deletion
Intrily may support additional advertising, ecommerce, analytics, customer-data, and marketing platforms.
To delete data associated with another integration, email support@intrily.com and provide:
- Your Intrily account email
- Your workspace name
- The name of the connected platform
- The connected account ID, if available
- A clear description of the data you want deleted
After verification, Intrily will disconnect the selected integration and permanently delete the applicable stored data from active systems within 10 business days, subject only to the narrow retention exceptions described below.
Complete Intrily account deletion
You may request deletion of your entire Intrily account instead of deleting only one integration.
A complete account-deletion request includes permanent deletion of:
- Your Intrily user profile
- Your workspaces
- Workspace membership information
- Connected platform credentials
- Imported advertising and analytics data
- Website and application analytics data
- Attribution and conversion records
- Reports and dashboards
- Integration settings
- API keys and access credentials
- Team and configuration information
- Other data associated with your account
Before deleting an entire account, we may require confirmation from the account owner or another authorized workspace administrator.
Account deletion may affect other workspace members and may permanently remove access to dashboards, reports, configurations, and historical data.
Deletion-request processing time
Intrily will acknowledge your request after it is received.
After identity and authorization are verified, Intrily completes full deletion of the requested data from active production systems within 10 business days. We do not place deleted integration or account datasets into a locked recoverable product archive.
Completion may take longer only when:
- We are still waiting on required identity or authorization verification from you
- The request spans many workspaces or integrations and needs sequencing
- A narrow legal, tax, accounting, or security record must be retained (not the deleted advertising or analytics dataset itself)
We will notify you by email when the deletion has been completed or if additional information is required.
Information we may retain
After a completed deletion, Intrily does not keep the deleted customer analytics or imported advertising datasets for continued product use. Only narrowly limited records may remain when reasonably necessary for:
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory obligations
- Tax, accounting, payment, and financial recordkeeping
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Detecting or preventing abuse
- Resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
- Recording that a deletion request was submitted and completed
Retained information is limited to what is necessary for that purpose and is not used to restore deleted Meta or other advertising datasets into dashboards.
Backup systems
Residual copies may exist briefly in encrypted backups until the next scheduled purge after the 10-business-day production deletion. Backup copies are not available for ordinary product access, support exports, or reconnect convenience.
If a backup must be restored for disaster recovery before purge, applicable deletion requests are reapplied so deleted data is not returned to active use.
Effects of deleting integration data
Deleting data from a connected integration may cause:
- The integration to stop synchronizing
- Historical dashboard information to disappear
- Reports to become incomplete or unavailable
- Attribution calculations to change
- Previously calculated metrics to be removed
- Automated reports that rely on the data to stop working
- Deleted information to become unrecoverable
You may reconnect a platform later, but doing so will require a new authorization and may create a new data connection.
Deleting one integration does not automatically delete your entire Intrily account or data received from other integrations.
