What is Intrily?

Intrily is a privacy-focused web analytics and attribution platform. It helps businesses understand website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and advertising performance. The information processed depends on the features and integrations each customer enables.

Why choose Intrily over other analytics?

Intrily is designed to be lightweight, simple, and privacy-conscious. Our standard analytics tracker can operate without analytics cookies, while providing insights such as pageviews, events, funnels, retention, and campaign performance. Customers remain responsible for determining whether their setup requires consent or additional privacy notices.

Will Intrily slow down my website?

Our tracking script is very small (under 2KB) and loads asynchronously. It is designed to minimize performance impact so your site stays fast.

How fast does data appear?

Data shows up in seconds. Pageviews and events are processed in near real-time, so you can see what’s happening on your site without waiting hours or days.

What data does Intrily collect?

Depending on the enabled features, Intrily may process pageviews, page paths, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, traffic sources, sessions, custom events, conversions, and ecommerce activity. Technical information such as an IP address and user-agent information may also be processed for security, approximate location, request handling, and session measurement.

Do you sell or share my data (or my visitors’ data)?

Intrily does not sell personal information, customer analytics data, or connected-platform data to third parties.

We may use trusted service providers to operate Intrily, exchange information with connected platforms when authorized by the customer, or disclose limited information when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How long do you keep data?

Retention depends on your plan. Hobby currently includes 6 months of retention, Starter includes 15 months, and Pro includes 2.5 years. Retention limits may change, so please check our Pricing page for current details. You may also request deletion of your data at any time.

Do I need a cookie banner with Intrily?

Intrily’s standard analytics tracker is designed to operate without analytics cookies. However, whether consent or a cookie notice is required depends on your configuration, location, other scripts and services used on your website, and applicable law. Customers are responsible for evaluating their own requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We also support Crypto—including Bitcoin (BTC)—for Pro and Enterprise plans. For crypto payments or custom billing, reach out to support@intrily.com.

Do you have an API? Can I integrate Intrily into my own site or app?

Yes. Intrily provides APIs for sending events and retrieving analytics data. API availability, limits, and supported endpoints depend on your plan. Starter and Pro currently include API access. See our Pricing and Documentation pages for current details.

How is usage measured?

We count events: each pageview and each custom event (e.g. button clicks, signups, form submissions) is one event. Your monthly limit is based on the total events across all your tracked sites. You can see usage in your dashboard.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, add your website, and add our small tracking script to your HTML or via your CMS or tag manager. Data starts flowing within seconds. No credit card is required for the Hobby plan.

Which Intrily plan should I choose?

Hobby is suitable for smaller websites getting started and includes 6 months of data retention. Starter provides more events, server-side event support, API access, team members, and 15 months of data retention. Pro provides higher limits, more websites, advanced analytics, 2.5 years of data retention, and priority support. See our Pricing page for current plan details.

Can I track custom events?

Yes. You can track actions such as signups, purchases, form submissions, and button clicks through our JavaScript API, data attributes, or supported server-side methods. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information through event names, properties, URLs, or query parameters.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your analytics data. You own your data, and we don’t lock you in.

Does Intrily support funnels, retention, and goals?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise include funnel analysis, user retention, goal tracking, UTM campaign tracking, and more. You can see where users drop off and how they move through your site.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on secure, reliable infrastructure with standard measures for security and availability. We don’t sell customer analytics data or connected-platform data. See our Privacy Policy for more.
