What is Intrily?

Intrily is a privacy-first web analytics platform. It helps you understand your website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance without using cookies or collecting personal data. It’s a simple, modern alternative to heavy, invasive analytics tools.

Why choose Intrily over other analytics?

Intrily is built for speed and privacy. Our tracking script is tiny, so your site stays fast. We don’t use cookies or fingerprinting, so you usually don’t need a consent banner. You get clear insights—pageviews, events, funnels, retention—without compromising your visitors’ privacy or your site’s performance.

Will Intrily slow down my website?

No. Our tracking script is very small (under 2KB) and loads asynchronously. It won’t block rendering or add noticeable load. We’re built so your site’s performance stays intact.

How fast does data appear?

Data shows up in seconds. Pageviews and events are processed in near real-time, so you can see what’s happening on your site without waiting hours or days.

What data does Intrily collect?

From your visitors we only collect anonymized, aggregated data: page views, referrers, country, device type, browser, and similar metrics. We do not collect names, emails, or other information that identifies individuals. We do not use cookies or fingerprinting. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell or share my data (or my visitors’ data)?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your analytics data or your visitors’ data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for their marketing. We use data only to provide and improve our service. Our Privacy Policy has the full picture.

How long do you keep data?

It depends on your plan: Hobby keeps data for 6 months, Pro for 5 years. Enterprise can have custom retention. You can also export your data at any time.

Do I need a cookie banner with Intrily?

Usually not. Intrily does not use cookies or fingerprinting. We only collect anonymized, aggregated data. In most cases you don’t need a cookie consent banner for Intrily alone. You should still follow your local privacy laws and consider any other scripts on your site.

Is Intrily GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Yes. We’re designed for privacy by default: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no collection of personally identifiable information from your visitors. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We also support Crypto—including Bitcoin (BTC)—for Pro and Enterprise plans. For crypto payments or custom billing, reach out to support@intrily.com.

Do you have an API? Can I integrate Intrily into my own site or app?

Yes. We provide a REST API so you can send events from your websites, mobile apps, or backend systems. You can also fetch your analytics data programmatically. API access is included in Pro and Enterprise. Check our Docs for endpoints, authentication, and examples.

How is usage measured?

We count events: each pageview and each custom event (e.g. button clicks, signups, form submissions) is one event. Your monthly limit is based on the total events across all your tracked sites. You can see usage in your dashboard.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, add your website, and add our small tracking script to your HTML or via your CMS or tag manager. Data starts flowing within seconds. No credit card is required for the Hobby plan.

What’s the difference between Hobby and Pro?

Hobby is free: 50K events per month, 1 website, and 6 months of data retention. Pro gives you 1 million events, up to 3 websites, 5 years of retention, unlimited team members, and email support. Both include our API; Pro adds more endpoints and higher limits.

Can I track custom events?

Yes. Besides pageviews, you can track custom events (e.g. signups, purchases, button clicks) via our JavaScript API or data attributes. That lets you measure conversions and user actions without identifying individuals.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your analytics data. You own your data, and we don’t lock you in.

Does Intrily support funnels, retention, and goals?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise include funnel analysis, user retention, goal tracking, UTM campaign tracking, and more. You can see where users drop off and how they move through your site.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on secure, reliable infrastructure with standard measures for security and availability. We don’t share it with third parties for their use. See our Privacy Policy for more.
