Funnel
Funnel tracks a fixed sequence of steps (e.g. Home → Product → Cart → Checkout). You see how many users reach each step and where they drop off. Steps must be done in order, but users can do other things in between. Each step can be a URL, an event, or a URL pattern (e.g. “ends with /docs”).
Settings
- Window — Max time (in minutes) allowed between steps. If someone takes longer, they’re not counted as completing the funnel.
- Steps — At least two. For each step you choose: a viewed page (exact URL like
/), a triggered event (e.g.live-demo-button), or a URL wildcard (e.g. any path ending with/docs).
Setting it up
Click Add Funnel, name it, then Add each step and pick the type and value. Save and run the report to see the funnel and drop-off rates. Use the ⋮ menu to edit or delete.
