Teams
Teams let you group people and share access to websites. Handy when several folks need to see or manage the same analytics.
Roles
Each role has a different set of permissions:
- Team Owner — Full control.
- Team Manager — Same as owner, but cannot delete the team.
- Team Member — Can view and work with data; cannot delete the team or change team settings.
- View Only — Read-only; no edits.
Create a team
In the Intrily dashboard, open Settings from the header, then go to Teams. Click Create team, enter a name (and any other fields), and Save. You’re added as Team owner by default.
Opening a team
You can get there in two ways: from Teams → View next to the team, or from the team switcher in the top navbar. In the team’s Details tab you’ll see an Access code. Share that with anyone who should join. Use Regenerate (then Save) to create a new code.
Joining a team
Go to Teams → Join team, paste the Access code from the team owner, and click Join.
Adding a website to a team
Inside the team, open Websites and click Add Website. Complete the form and Save.
Changing or removing members (owners only)
Under Members, use Edit to change someone’s role or Remove to take them off the team.
