Journey

Journey maps the most common paths people take—e.g. landing page → feature page → signup. You see where they start, which steps they hit, and where they leave. Useful for spotting friction and improving flows.

Options

  • Steps — How many steps in the path (typically 3–7).
  • Start step (optional) — Only include paths that begin with this page or event.
  • End step (optional) — Only paths that end with this page or event.

Using it

Pick the number of steps and, if you like, a start or end. Run the report. The view shows a flow diagram: click a node to see how many reached it; hover for conversion and drop-off. Use Maximize for a bigger view.
