Goals

Goals track one key action—a pageview or an event—as a “conversion.” You see how many people in the date range did it and the conversion rate (e.g. signups per visitor, or thank-you-page views per visit).

What counts as a conversion

You choose a single action: either a viewed page (a specific URL like /pricing or /thank-you) or a triggered event (e.g. live-demo-button, newsletter-signup). Anyone who does that in the period is counted as a conversion.

Setting up a goal

Click Add Goal, give it a name, and define the action: page or event + the value. Save. The goal then appears in the list; run the report to see conversion rate and volume. Use the ⋮ menu on a goal to edit or remove it.
